First off, I cannot give it "Zero" stars because that's what it's worth.
I bought this after another brand I had died. I used this two or three times in about a year then let my son-in-law use it. He barely got any work done when the motor burned up. I tried to find a replacement motor for it (of course, it's out of warranty) but guess what? You have to contact the company that makes the motor - in CHINA! Even then, they do not allow you to order the motor! When it did work it didn't seem to have the power it was supposed to have (rated at 1800 psi) compared to my old one rated at 1500 psi. The wheels kept falling off, the soap dispenser never really worked and I could go on and on. Do not bother with this pressure washer unless you can speak Chinese or rebuild parts on your own. The name "All Power America" is a joke in and of itself. Do not bother going to the website for customer support. The CS link doesn't work nor does the Service Center link.
